  • Do you offer international shipping outside of Europe?

    Thank you so much for your interest in BlessingBoxCo! As a small business based in Belgium, we currently only ship within Europe to keep shipping costs affordable for our customers. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future. Thank you for understanding!

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    We don’t offer free shipping at the moment, but the good news is we regularly have discounts to help you save!

  • What is your return/refund policy?

    We don’t accept returns since our boxes include beauty items and food (mostly candy), but if something arrives broken or is missing, we’ll be happy to help or give you a full refund! (with in 30 days)

  • What should i do if my package is lost?

    We encourage you to double-check your address information. If everything is correct, please check with your neighbors or visit your local shipping carrier's post office. If the address was incorrect, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible, and a refund will not be offered as it is the customer's responsibility.     At BlessingBoxCo., we aim to make our faith-based gift boxes accessible to all. Due to varying shipping costs across regions, product prices may differ slightly to keep shipping affordable. For those looking for a more budget-friendly option, we also offer pick-up point delivery, which provides a more cost-effective shipping choice. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to bring blessings to customers around the world!
