1. Shipping Policy

• We currently ship only within Europe.
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped.
  
• We are not responsible for incorrect address details. For more information, please refer to our Lost Package Policy.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

• Due to the inclusion of beauty products, food items, and other personal goods in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns. All orders are final.
  
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days, and we will be happy to assist. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.

3. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are final and cannot be canceled.

4. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are listed in EUR (€).
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in the product price.

5. When is BlessingBoxCo. Active?

• Our business hours are Monday to Friday. We do not ship packages on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed near the weekend may be processed the following Monday.

To ensure a smooth order and delivery process, we kindly ask our customers to:

• Provide a complete and accurate delivery address

• Use a valid email address

• Double-check that the order details are correct before checkout
